Seemed to have nice road in and out, trailers are kinda spaced too close, but the worse part was the dumpsters trash was all over the area and huge vulchers in them and the people who live right beside the dumpsters are bound to have trouble with rats cats roaches etc plus they need to put a privacy fence around it, if I lived right beside the dumpsters I'd raise hell, I mean the dumpsters we're almost at thier back door and you know the smell would be bad exspecially in the summer.

Run down. Driveway around this place is a joke. You need a 4x4 to get over speed bumps and potholes. They should have put some of that pavement that they put in the speed bumps and filled in a few potholes.
