Customer Reviews
We recently stayed at this KOA in Hot Springs. Our site was beautiful. The place is run so well. The staff working in the office were incredibly helpful and nice. I would like to especially thank Jessie who helped us after we accidentally tore off our awning. It was an extremely stressful moment but he helped us keep things in perspective, gave us kind words and went through the work of getting rid of our awning for us, and that was everything that day. I cannot say enough kind words for this incredible man. I hope KOA knows his value.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our site A5 is a little small but is in the shade and clean. Hook-ups are in great condition. We are close to office, bath house, laundry and pool. This KOA offers shuttels into Hot Springs! We would stay here in this spot again.
Absolutely stunning no matter which direction you look! The scenery is breathtaking, and the park is well-maintained, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff in the office were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so convenient to have propane and supplies available right on the property, which made our stay even easier. Me and my husban had the BEST experience staying at the Hot Springs KOA this past weekend! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch—Jessie, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. He even went out of his way to provide us with an extra blanket, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and making sure everyone has a great stay. The campground itself is beautiful and so well-maintained. What really surprised me was how close it is to town—just a quick 5-minute drive, which made exploring Hot Springs super convenient. And wow, I did not expect this town to be so full of history! It has the coolest little shops and restaurants, each with so much personality. On top of that, if you love the outdoors, this is the perfect spot. There are so many great trails nearby for hiking, which was a huge bonus for me. And the cabin we stayed in? Absolutely perfect—super clean, cozy, and just a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back! If you're thinking about staying here, do it—you won’t regret it.
