They are hard workers ,They keep our community 🙂 clean.I love my community and our new manager jess
It's a gamble if you're going to get a great, humble neighbor or a rowdy person/group/couple. Have to make sure you lock up your cars, toys and/or outside stuff is a gamble to leave out. Sheds are another favorite for the theifs.
Place is ight, they charge you more on rent for no reason, better make sure you lawn is cut even in the rain cause they have a lawn company that are some vultures! the water main has been under construction longer than i lived there! Dont drink the tap water!!!!!
For a private park the police pull people over and hide, giving tickets after tickets for things that didnt happen. I'm not sure if the park owner is aware, but I would be upset if I were the park owners. I was thinking about moving into this park but after my last 3 times driving through and noticing multiple cars being stopped by these police officers, I would rather move in somewhere where I would feel safe from being harassed by the local authorities.
