I’m happy to report that the property is under new management (apparently has been for a little while) and the new manager, Shay, was wonderful and is doing an incredible job turning this property around. You can completely disregard the negative reviews of yesterday.
I had a great customer service experience! Called to get some information on available properties, spoke with Shay who was very professional, knowledgeable, and she answered ALL of my questions. It's ALWAYS nice to talk with someone who enjoys their job!
The Property Manger Shay has been a delight to work with. She does her best to address complaints and concerns of the residents.
