Dana does a great job in this community. She is prompt when it comes to repairs needing done, communicates well, and keeps the community clean/well maintained. This community is family friendly and tucked away just enough to feel out of the way but still close to things you need.
The trailers are way too close to each other. There's flooding often because of clogged manholes and the management is pretty rude and unprofessional.
The owner Dana is always quick to answer her phone she's very polite and she does everything she can for the people who live there even when they can't see it I hope she sees this so she knows she's appreciated
Have lived here for 4 years. Lots of new trailers. All of them are surprisingly nice on the inside and out. Porches get stained every year. Land lords are very friendly and the office is in a conveniently placed location. Has a park and the do small events for the kids.
Didn't realize I hit one star. Was doing multiple reviews. Anyway. Been here since '98 and it has gotten much better since then. Old junky homes from then were removed and replaced. All of the problem residents from that time are gone. Still have the occasional water issue.
