They won't let you own more than 2 cars even tho 3 people in my house work the same shift, can't stand it, plus the will throw their trash all over, the construction people throw saw dust all over your cars anyway so what's the point?? This park needs some REAL owners
Very lack of communication no park manager on site or maintenance on site in case of any emergency this Brightstar I had a fire hazard couldn’t reach anyone had to take care of problem myself because I own the issue is the community should have a reliable on site manager rather discuss issues per say sewage problems an emergency that could take days to months before a tech would come fix
Power outage because they won't fix power lines
