Home away from home ! Its a community within a community I enjoy living here needs some work my neighboros are friendly & we help each other when needed
I was raised in that mobile home park it was beautiful I’ve got pictures of it growing up my grandmother manages the mobile home park and then my husband and I managed it for 28 years. I raise my family in the same mobile home that I was raised in. Then my husband and I move up the park for about 10 years went to pot and then all at once we had a New Owner well and Brynn Noel they was super they wasn’t told how bad the park and gotten and they asked me to help them take care of it. I managed it for them until they sold it then the people that bought it had management crews come in and manage the park, they wanted Todd to buy the part so he did if I would stay on and a lot of stuff started changing when Todd gave up the management of the park I’m hoping that it still will grow and look the way it did when I lived there as a kid I lived there for 61 years and I ended up moving because of the way things was going. New Lebanon is just not what it used to be. I would like to talk to the owners of the park and tell them how I feel but nobody can get a hold of them it would be nice for people to be able to know and have a relationship with Owners like I had a relationship with a lot of my tenants in the park, one of the tenants contacted me when they let me go as the manager after seven more years with no explanation why she was crying and said now what are we going to do? I told her that everything will be OK and she said well we’ll see I had a good relationship with our tenants until one tenant moved in. It was a bad experience for me. I’ve never been treated like this before in my life , I can’t say too much more right now but everybody knows what goes around comes around eventually, but I cannot give us a very good rating because of what is going on. They are now.
Place is an absolute dump, should be bulldozed. So sad people have to live like this.what ever mang they have this month can,t tie their own shoes. RUN AWAY ASFASTASYOUCAN
