There's also your everyday crabby neighbor who hates your kid🖐️🙄🤦🏼♀️🤸🧱💫vs🙅🏼♂️💯🤷🏻♂️. As for the staff. Owner mrs.sally is a good woman. You pay your bills you have no issues. She understanding very nice lady. Decent park been here a year and 7 months in February. Decent lot rent going up to 400.00 in March though. Laundry onsite, clothes line with bathhouse. Small neighborhood consist of two streets that loop around one entrence also exit.

Rental is 400 a month plus electric and electric is very cheap for 30amps only.. plus the owner could have the tenants cleanup there area alot better and have some of the junky areas cleaned up better. But over all. Very quiet and convenient for the area.
