For locals in Arkansas considering a mobile home park, Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park presents a distinct option, particularly for those seeking housing in the Bald Knob area. Its suitability for locals can be viewed through several lenses. Firstly, Bald Knob offers a quieter, more community-focused lifestyle compared to the bustling larger cities in Arkansas. For individuals or families who prefer this small-town atmosphere, Jefferson Pointe's location within this community is a significant advantage. Its proximity to local schools and essential amenities like the sports complex and shopping centers makes daily life convenient without extensive travel.
However, it is crucial for locals to carefully consider the feedback provided by current and past residents. While efforts to maintain the outside appearance are noted, concerns about the structural integrity of some trailers, even new ones, and persistent issues with leaks and electrical problems are significant. The feedback regarding management's responsiveness to repairs, described as "temporary bandage" fixes, suggests that residents might need to be prepared for ongoing maintenance challenges. Additionally, the strict rules regarding outdoor items and guest parking, along with the close proximity to neighbors resulting in noise, are factors that prospective residents should weigh against their personal preferences for living space and community guidelines.
Ultimately, Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park could be suitable for locals who prioritize a specific location within Bald Knob and are prepared for the potential challenges highlighted in resident reviews. It may appeal to those seeking a more affordable housing solution who are willing to navigate the reported maintenance issues and abide by the park's detailed rules. As with any housing decision, a thorough personal visit and direct conversation with park management, armed with an understanding of the experiences of current residents, would be essential for any Arkansan considering Jefferson Pointe Mobile Home Park as their next home.

The trailers fall apart, even the new ones just moved in. the rules are ridiculous! My trailer is so close to everyone else’s as well i hear my neighbors yelling and screaming daily. Parking situation sucks if you want company over they will have to park up front by the campers (absolutely ridiculous) No dog houses grills etc.. they come with huge porches but nothing allowed on them!
May 13, 2025 · Elisa LambI don't live here, but my son lives at Jefferson Pointe. They have fixed the outside to look nice, but the trailers are not up to par and I truly worry about my grandchildren. From leaky roof to electrical and breaker problems. It seems like when they ask for things to be fixed the management gets angry with them and slaps a temporary bandage on the problem, but does not permanently or adequately fix.

Dec 15, 2023 · Vanessa BAppealing Rv park but do beware. Stayed in the RV park for over a year and almost always battled being over charged. Would have to bring to attention and sometimes it would get adjusted back to a more logical rate after having to contact a local department and proving documentation. You pay your own water, sewer, trash, electric, and lot rent. Don’t expect to see your lots actually water bill, sewer bill, or electric bill. You pay what they say and you usually have 5 days or less to pay after it is posted. The water is brown and most of the time has dirt particles. There are no washers and dryers anymore and no more access to a restroom in the RV park. Also, no one after hours incasing there is an issue/emergency. On the positive side the maintenance man at the rv park does a great job keeping everything looking clean and maintained and if there is a maintenance issue, he is there almost immediately trying to take care of the problem. Overall the park is a nice place to be if $$$$ is no problem and you don’t care what your bills are.
