Promotions or Special Offers
Publicly available information, including typical online listings and resident reviews for Lake Bon Bon Mobile Home Park, does not indicate any specific, ongoing promotions, discounts, or special offers for new residents or existing tenants. The primary financial attraction of mobile home parks like Lake Bon Bon generally revolves around the affordability of lot rent compared to traditional homeownership in the surrounding area.
Resident feedback suggests that while initial rent might have been around $490, it has seen increases over time, and taxes on the land are a point of discussion for residents. This indicates that the park operates on a standard rental model for the land, rather than offering frequent promotional deals.
Prospective residents interested in Lake Bon Bon should focus on understanding the current monthly lot rent, what precisely is included in that fee (e.g., water, trash, lawn care), and any potential for annual increases. It is always recommended to directly contact the park management to get the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information and to inquire if there are any unadvertised incentives for new home purchases or long-term leases within the park. However, based on the available public data, the value proposition lies in the baseline affordability of mobile home park living in a desirable Florida location, rather than special, time-limited promotions.

I cant tell you, to be honest. Because I wasn't there. I was promised to learn plumbing. But I'm always let down and left behind. I'm unloved and abandon.
Management not helpful at all when it comes to taking care of flooding issues that are related to the land I am leasing. Wrote several e-mails and txt messages but never received a response. Rude and noisy neighbors. Can't wait till I move out of there and I just moved in 5 month ago. Also your water bill is split between all homes on property, no matter how many people live in that home. I pay almost $60 per month for water & sewer and I'm by myself. Ridiculous !!
I have lived here about 3 years now and it was kept up very nice but recently I don't know who the manager is and what kind of landscaping company they have. The grounds look awful.
