Lake Columbia RV Park provides the fundamental services expected at an RV campground, focusing on essential hookups to ensure a convenient stay for its guests.

  • Full Hookups: The park offers full hookup sites, which typically include electrical connections (likely 30-amp and 50-amp service), water, and sewer hookups. This provides all the necessary utilities for self-contained RVs.
  • Access to Lake Columbia: A primary "service" is the direct or very close access to Lake Columbia, enabling guests to engage in fishing, boating, and other water-based activities.
  • Friendly Environment: While some reviews indicate concerns about maintenance and long-term campers, others describe the park as "clean friendly campgrounds," suggesting a generally welcoming atmosphere.

  • Basic Site Amenities: Individual sites likely include standard amenities such as space for RV parking and outdoor living. While not explicitly mentioned, picnic tables and fire rings are common at such parks.

It is important for prospective guests to note that reviews have highlighted concerns about maintenance, cleanliness, and issues with long-term campers. Therefore, while basic services are offered, guests should manage expectations regarding the overall condition of the facilities and inquire about the current state of the park when booking. Confirming specific amenities like restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities directly with the park is also advisable, as these were not explicitly detailed in the provided information.

Promotions or Special Offers

Publicly available information for Lake Columbia RV Park does not explicitly detail specific "promotions" or "special offers" in the traditional marketing sense (e.g., "seasonal discounts," "referral bonuses," or "buy one night, get one free" deals). RV parks of this nature typically operate on a standard rate structure, with potential variations for different lengths of stay.

However, the inherent "special offer" of Lake Columbia RV Park lies in its potential for affordable lakeside access and its suitability for long-term stays. Most RV parks that cater to long-term campers offer reduced rates for extended periods compared to daily or weekly bookings. It is highly recommended to contact Lake Columbia RV Park directly to inquire about:

  • Weekly Rates: For stays longer than a few nights, a discounted weekly rate is common and would represent a saving over booking individual nights.
  • Monthly Rates: Given the mention of "long term campers," the park very likely offers competitive monthly rates, which would be the most economical option for those planning an extended stay (e.g., weeks or months). These rates often include utilities.
  • Any Unadvertised Specials: Sometimes, parks may have unadvertised deals or flexibility with pricing, especially during off-peak seasons. A direct phone call is the best way to uncover such opportunities.

As some reviews have pointed to concerns, it is particularly important to confirm current pricing, what is included in the rates, and any ongoing conditions directly with the park management before making a reservation. This will ensure transparency and help manage expectations regarding your stay.

Great experience. The park was extremely clean and well taken care of. The docks, picnic tables and grills were first rate. The bath house with toilets and showers were very clean with keypad locks so only campers can use them. Tommy was a great host. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to have fun, relax and kick back in a peaceful clean and maintained Rv park. Mr. Tommy Blocker the camp host that makes sure you feel welcomed and that you have a great stay. He is good to help with anything that may arise during your camp stay. I am so enjoying my time here with me and my dog. We take many many walks and enjoy the lake and the beautiful sunsets here. The facilities are kept nice and it is just a good down home place to stay whether you are alone or with your family. Wish it did have wifi available.

We have camped here a few times in the past and enjoyed our stay. This time we were shocked to see numerous trashed out sites and listen to barking dogs all day and night. One particular dog was chained to a tree and the owner was never seen during our stay. This, once beautiful campground has certainly gone down hill. We will NOT stay here again. The directors/board needs to get rid of the long term campers to better provide the general public with a clean relaxing park. The campground resembles a low rent trailer park. There are a few who take pride in their sites.
