I enjoy being here. Out in the country and it's peaceful and quiet. Folks here are kind and friendly and helpful. Being near the airport is nice to see airplanes coming and going. The folks at the office is always friendly and caring.
Very good place to fish, you'll catch some good fish and it's very peaceful.
Residents now have to mow their own lawns and free cable was taken away. Oh--and the lot rent went up a lot with the new owners. Glad I didn't move there.
Generally a decent place to live $385 a month lot rent, affordable and clean. Now comes the reasoning for the 2 star rating. They just recently sold out to Havenpark Capital for the tune of somewhere around 36 million. So buyers beware if you are in the market for affordable living expect a steep hike in lot rent and less QoL perks that we got with the Wolfe family running it. End result now days Money Talks, shame on you for selling out.
Poor road maintenance during the snow period. They changed the mail shelter now it's a wind tunnel and the boxes freeze. They took away the park like equipment and didn't repair the basketball backboard.
