Our maintenance guy Scotty is the best. If you need something fixed he is usually right there to fix it. If he can't do it right away he is very good at letting you know the soonest he can do it. If it needs a temporary fix until he can fix it he will do the temporary fix for you. I've not had any issues with Scotty.
Been livin here since Bush was elected, so I guess about 20 years. Used to get different prices for rent from different peapole. Now it has been great with scott doing work. Lot of work with tree cuttin and roads. Better now.
I’ve worked in these parks for roughly 17 years seeing the progress being done with new owners is great tree work,road work , filling all the empty lots with new homes is great it is becoming the community that I have wanted to see for a long time

Its bad if you complain about someone that lives behind you going through your yard mind you theres 2ft of snow walk up on your deck and you complain and 2hrs later you get a 90 day evition...to boot shes a 80 year old women that has lived there over 20 years never missed rent and never been late ... manager must be a real peace of work
