Jan 17, 2025 · Rosa BWent to look at 3 places here with my mother. She is relocating to the area and from the website the places look nice and livable. Looks like a safe family oriented area. Far from what the website shows!! I wouldn't even let my dog live here! The places they showed were not finished and had roaches coming out of the refrigerator. The porches are rotting and broken windows. On top of all that they left, turned the lights off and the doors were locked! So my mother had to go find someone to turn the keys in to. Extremely disappointed! Why would you let anyone look or move into this! Oh and fyi its not a gated community they leave the gate open because they said people run into the gate. 🤦🏼♀️
Jun 07, 2019 · Brittany DeCampNot a bad place to live but it has gotten a little unsafe.the administration hired security guards to help with that
May 07, 2025 · Hector SalasThe office is never open. They close at 5 but the office lady Stephanie or Estaphany always leaves at 2 she always scams people and keeps their money. We call on the morning they rarely pick up the phone. And overall just lazy. The community knows they’re never in the office. I know if I was to email it would be those same lazy office ladies wouldn’t even reply however I know there’s people superior to them & they’re contact information should be put out due to these ladies lack of work ethic.
Oct 18, 2024 · EmilyI don't do reviews that much but I'm going to do one for this horrible place. If anyone is planning on moving here, DON'T! Go get an apartment or a lodge until you can find something better. I been staying here since 2014 and it was okay at first but now it's horrible. It gets worst every time Management changes. The office suppose to be opened until 6, get there hours before six and nobody is there. You can never get anyone on the phone. You can leave a message and number but nobody will call you back. Don't waste your time filling out a complaint because nothing never gets done. If your not Hispanic its like your invisible. The only employees you can count on is Maintenence. Management is racist and the women in the office has excuse after excuse and is very rude. The rent goes up every year but the area still looks a mess. Water pipes keeps busting which creates holes in the street. At this moment, we have a hole located going around a curve that hasn't been fixed in a month which is a safety hazard. A child or anyone can seriously get hurt if not paying attention. People driving almost having head on collision because you can't see if another car is coming. The front and back gate is always broke. People that don't stay here can come and go as they please. People always shooting there guns. They always try to fix the front gate but if your not going to fix the back its really just a waste of time. They even have a swimming pool which was closed during the summer(not the first time) but opened up for 3days before school started the following week. I only stay because I have no family here and it's close to my job just in case I have car problems and have to walk to work which I've done plenty of times. I have co-workers that ask me about where I stay and I always tell them to look for something else. My company needed to place 50 families that were coming to work with us and I was called into the office because they knew I lived here and was wanting to rent mobile home for these families. I told them to look somewhere else and explained why. They sent 5 employees to check out this place and the reviews came back negative. 3 of employees didn't get to see the homes due to nobody being at the office during the set appointments that the office arranged and they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and left plenty of messages but nobody called them back. I told them that my next door neighbor just moved in week ago and will be willing to show them her mobile home she was renting. She didn't have any furniture yet. The office still didn't have her stove or refrigerator there. She told my management to find something else. She pulled up the carpet(which her Dad had her do just to make sure the floor was secure) and there were holes throughout the floor that she wouldn't have thought was there due to the carpet being pulled so tight into place. Her bathroom tub had black mole around it and she stated that the office said that was her problem. The toilet was bad due to the septic tank. When she flush the toilet water came up in the bathtub. She was gone in 2months. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm not sure where these 2,3,4,5 stars are coming from but they lying. Also, if you don't stay here, why would you give a 5 star review on this place just because you had a one day visit with your family or friend that stay here? PLEAS LOOK ELSEWHERE
