These can include local grocery stores, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions. Mobile home parks typically provide residents with essential services related to their lot rental. While specific, detailed service offerings for Green Acres Mobile Home Ests are not extensively detailed in general public information, based on common mobile home park operations and the provided reviews, we can infer some of the services and aspects of living there:
- Lot Rental: The primary service offered by Green Acres Mobile Home Ests is the rental of individual lots where residents can place their mobile homes. This typically includes access to necessary utility hook-ups (water, sewer, and electricity), though the connection and billing for these utilities may vary.
- Utility Access: As a mobile home park, Green Acres is expected to provide infrastructure for residents to connect to water, sewer, and electrical services. Reviews mention water leaks, suggesting that water infrastructure is a part of the park's responsibility, even if maintenance can be an issue.
- Waste Management: Mobile home parks generally provide communal waste disposal facilities, such as dumpsters. Reviews indicate that dumpsters can sometimes be full, implying that this service is provided but may experience capacity issues.
- Road Maintenance: While reviews specifically highlight issues with road conditions (potholes) and past "repaving" efforts that were not comprehensive, this indicates that road maintenance within the park is a responsibility of the management, even if the execution has been a point of concern for residents.
- Management Contact: Residents have channels to contact management for issues such as maintenance requests (e.g., water leaks) and concerns about park rules (e.g., dog walking in yards, speeding). The effectiveness and responsiveness of this management, however, appear to be a point of contention for some residents.
When considering Green Acres Mobile Home Ests, certain features and highlights emerge from the available information:
- Affordable Housing Option: Mobile home parks often serve as a more budget-friendly housing alternative compared to traditional homeownership or apartment rentals in the Atlanta metropolitan area. This is a primary draw for many residents seeking economical living solutions.

- Proximity to Austell Amenities: Its location in Austell provides residents with relatively easy access to local services, shopping, and potentially employment opportunities within the Cobb County area.
- Direct Management Contact (Even if Unresponsive at Times): The presence of a management contact number indicates a formal structure for addressing resident concerns, even if the speed and effectiveness of responses have been critiqued by some residents.
- Individual Lot Living: Unlike apartment complexes, mobile home parks typically offer residents their own individual lots, providing a greater sense of space and privacy compared to shared wall living.

Customer Reviews
They consistently increase rent, the roads are full of LARGE potholes, people constantly walking their dogs into your yards for the restroom, management won't do anything, animal Control won't do anything. It is heavily disappointing. Takes months for them to fix water leaks. Fortunately, it wasn't affecting our water bill, but I'm sure it was theirs. They claim the rent increase is due to maintenance being done to the park, but nothing is visible.
I lived there for 7 years and watched it go from a great place to live, to pot hole, roach infested, with nothing but run down trailers park. You would think the owners...new owners...would have kept the place up. They basically spray painted the roads black and called it "repaving"! 😆 Then went up on the lot rent. I kid you not...1/2 of the trailers in the place should have been condemned years ago. I mean I understand that people have to live somewhere, but they could...at the very least... pressure wash their trailers once in a while. Not to mention people speeding down the roads while kids play feet from it. The residents there...95% Mexican, which I got along fine with....just let their trash fall out of their vehicles and leave it there to blow down the road. Especially on D row close to the end of the road. And the dimps are always full. But anyway..if you can live with the above conditions, then green acres is the place for you. ✌️Out
Have lived here now over 15 years and even though it is an older property Ms. Rhonda does a great job of keeping it clean and peaceful. My family and I really enjoy living here.
I lived in Green Acres MHP from March, 2002....until October, 2018. I really liked the park when I first moved there. People were nice....mostly respectful.....during the first 10-12 years. The manager, RB, WAS pretty cool.......at that time. HOWEVER.....over time....the "good" people seemed to move away and the disrespectful stupid people started moving in. The only problem I had was IGNORANT, STUPID PEOPLE PLAYING THEIR MUSIC WAY TOO LOUD....so loud...you can't hear your own TV in your home. The final straw was when that "playdoh" pudgy unofficial lackluster so called security guard moved (appointed so by the trailer park) across the street from me....and began playing his stupid music as if I wanted to hear it. When I complained to the manager.....it was then that I came up with the idea to MOVE.....as she stated that she'd talked to him and there's nothing more she can do. I feel bad about the "good" decent people still there and who want to move because they are no longer happy there.....I will Pray for them. Once I decided to sell my home....and move....I actually saw a "change" in the manager's attitude. The first 2 or 3 times we spoke after I put my home up for sale....she made the statement "If you don't like the way I do things....you can just move your home". I FINALLY HAD TO PUT HER IN CHECK!!!...TOLD HER "I KNOW I CAN MOVE MY HOME....BEEN KNOWING IT FOR THE 16 YEARS I BEEN HERE....AND..YOU CONSTANTLY REPEATING IT WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND INSULTING....THE NEXT TIME WE SPEAK OR COMMUNICATE....YOU NEED TO BE MORE RESPECTFUL...OR....YOU GONNA GET AS GOOD AS YOU GIVE!!"....and that took care of that. I'd heard some of the other tenants speak about the manager.....saying that she was nasty and racist. I didn't believe it and defended her to the utmost....as we'd always had a good communication...BUT....once I got into the process of selling my home.....the things I experienced with her.....kind of made me wonder. GOOD LUCK TO THOSE LEFT THERE.....AND MOVING THERE
This is an awful trailer park. They need to find a better way to fix up the homes and the streets leading to each set of trailers. It's very poor looking over there. And they have too many animals loose in the streets... horrible horrible place to live!
