Moving out is normally a hassle but they made it a breeze, gave clear cleaning instructions, talked me though how to cancel my lease early and the expectations. Very reasonable living arrangements price wise and community wise.
Tried to evict me. Went to court. I won. Keep all paperwork and receipts. And read read read everything. They bill your water around the 26 of each month. You can request a rent ticket. They generate on the same date. I fought roaches the entire time. EVERYTIME someone moved out we had an influx of roaches. Office staff are very nice.
Don't move in here managers areeee soooo rude. I was visiting my mom , when the manager rudely told her to move her cars. One of them being mine so me as a visitor have to park in the nearest parking spot available even if its a mile away in an abondoned trailer. Even if its raining. Also if you have more than three cars. They are so rediculous and only limit two parkings per mobile home. Even if your mobile home has more space for one more parking they won't make it for you. You are paying for lot and they are still being stupid about parkings in front of YOUR mobile home. Its stupid how some apartments don't even do that. They threaten you with an 100.00 fine of your visitor doesn't move. All threats invovle money and thats all they care about. Beware of their nasty moldy trailers!! They cover them with paint before a new tenant moves in and months later you notice the mold taking over your trailer. They poorly insulated so expect a $200+ bill in the summer and winter. Please ask about their stupid policies before signing a contract.
They look very nice and clean on the outside..i am trying to rent one but it want let my finish filling out the application.
Been here for 10 years now and its a great place to live. Its affordable , quiet and the manager Chris and the staff are very nice.
