We have friends who live here. Although she was able to buy a trailer on contract, it had to be essentially gutted on the inside and cleaned, steamed, & sanitized. I was surprised at the price she paid. She thought it was a great deal, but I felt it was a little high for a home that was not in liveable condition. The roads in aren't in the best shape. There are speed bumps & pot holes. There's nothing for kids or guests to do. They're on the outskirts of town & there's no pool, park, or playground equipment. It's not a typical trailer park work nice asphalt roads that's all lit up well at night and everybody knows everybody. People keep to themselves for the most part and I've rarely seem kids out playing... Kind of day really. It needs a lot of work put back into it. There's a few places for sale & several empty lots. However, my friends are happy because she's her own homeowner and she's able to have a cat and dog and she's the boss.
