The managers were nice but can't say the same of the owners they have no business owning a rv park they lie to you and harass you and are just plain jerks ,we had problems with our brand new rv because of owners demanding us to take our skirting insulation of during the coldest part of winter . i highly recommend staying somewhere else, especially during the winter if you don't want broken pipes. But also, they changed the park rules on their website after to cover them selves. so unless you like being harassed, lied too and have a big chance of problems with plumbing inside rv during winter i wouldn't stay there. Ps. Our brand new rv is still at the dealer waiting on parts it's been there for weeks now. Once again lies you made us take it down before they broke .you are a professional lier i think that's all you know how to do

I stayed 13 weeks for work and the rv park was great. The host are very helpful. There are not bathrooms or laundry and currently there is no wifi. But I worked nights and even in the middle of town the area is quiet.
