These people are scammers they scammed an elderly couple. They took their money and then didn’t deliver the house that only that they sold it to somebody else, even though the elderly couple already had a contract in their hand. Then they lied gave them the runaround and refused to give their money back do not believe the sales people they will scam you

Horrible people run this place. The rent is increased by 100$ EVERY year, even during the COVID pandemic. The trailers are remodeled FEMA trailers aka overpriced garbage. Do not move here if you are looking for a permanent home, you will be forced to either sign a contract or pay extra rent every month.
