We just started moving in and the park is nice and everyone so far is pretty friendly! Seems like it's gonna be a nice place to live.

Wish I knew how to contact corporate! I have always paid $310 for lot rent and I have lived in this mobile home park for 10 plus years and my lot rent has never been raised well now the new lady in the office has us paying $460???? I sent her 4 emails asking about this just wanted an answer because i own my mobile home... she never got back with me but has the time to email about events happening in the mobile home park... I can't call because of my work schedule. I don't know what else to do... all because I didn't sign a lease??? I've never had to before and my lot rent has always been the same...

As a FL native i was very worried about moving up north with my two young sons. However, when we first arrived in May we were met with smiles and kindness and it made the transition feel easier. I love how family oriented everything is and when there’s fun events hosted here kids of all ages are welcomed and made to feel as if we are all family, everyone is incredibly kind. Property manager Meagan is an absolute blessing. She’s incredibly helpful, always kind and smiling which makes it incredibly easy to talk to her if needed. She also makes everyone feel welcome! I absolutely love living here because of how family oriented and safe the place is!

i absolutely love it here! very friendly neighborhood and the landlord Ben is so amazing !! no matter the time or day if there is an issue he will show up if something is wrong ! very lovely homes too i am in love with my house ❤️🙌 i couldn’t be more thankful to be here !

Tony, the maintenance man at the Muncie location has been so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There were long list of things that needed fixed upon moving in and not only has he not complained once, but has been super transparent and helpful every step of the way. I've just moved in and he's made me feel very welcome and my concerns heard. Definitely the BEST maintenance worker I've encountered. He's been flexible with my schedule and is highly dependable!
