Wish I could give 0 stars but want let u .. don't move here far warning at first u will get a 1 year or 2 year lease and when it's up they will switch u to month to month without telling u so they can in turn run and fike eviction before the month is even up even if u pay every month including late fee by the 19th they will go file and want u to pay then another 154 on top of 395 and the extra 75 not including them over charging for water for 4 years paying almost a 100 a month then this year magic happens and it goes down to 20 a month they will let that water get up to 400 and not cut it off for a water leak but get a 20 dollar bill they will cut it off and charge u more this place is horrible they hardly ever mow they never ever clean it up been big trash plus and cats big snakes cause they want clean things and alot of drugs meaning dope heads it's truly gross and it's pretty sad when u want to just sale ur home because u know thats what they r trying to do like they did everyone else and kick u out so they can take over ur home u own good luck pathetic

Before the administration was reliable, now the manager, is very rude and aggressive, she does not respect anyone and is very dirty place, there is no one who cleans, and she is despot,I do not recommend this place anymore.

I've lived here for 19 years. I know my neighbors and they know me. It's got easy access to City busses and has good schools nearby.. friendly..

New management is rude and assumes everyone is a junkie and tells all new tenants and inquiries everybody's buisness. She is not management material.

It is alright if you want to live in a trailer park. I have a few friends that I visit there.
