Owner has been kind and honest. I haven't been here long. It's quiet around the park at night. Seems to be home to quite a few blue collar working class traditional family structure. I'm satisfied with everything so far, landlord is responsive and assist in getting things done when they are serious. Not complaints but Room for improvement: the road. Siding/skirting on some of the homes, some back porch/steps need to be replaced as the wood is rotten.

Would not send my worst enemy here. Black mold, floors caving in, from the sewer problem that the landlord said he fixed but didn't. My kids and I stayed sick the whole time we live here I live in two different trailer so I'm sure they're all like that. Please don't put your babies in danger.

Owner has really started to make improvements by remodeling the insides and getting the trouble makers moved out. They have been on top of things getting stuff repaired or putting in new equipment into the houses. Land lord is easy to talk to and very approachable.

This place has really cleaned up compared to what it was like about 10 years ago! The grounds are not littered as much as it was before, and it just seems like its got a whole new group of tenants living there now and they dont want where they live to be a mess! Really have done a great job at keeping it looking good!

Trashy trailer park with a cheap land lord who cuts corners every chance he gets. Homes have black mold, and shotty wiring jobs. Will expect rent money in his hand on time but will leave you without running water or AC for several days and instead of hiring a professional, he will get some unqualified hack to do repairs that dont ever last. Also not to mention he regularly puts unsafe amounts of chlorine in the well water for some stupid reason leaving it unsafe to drink for several days.
