They are currently improving the property but, their contracted workers don't seem to understand that, people are currently trying to live there. They block up the roads with their work trucks and try to make you go out of your way to get to where you're trying to go. And, I really didn't see why they needed to park in the middle of the road in the first place. Maybe, when they get through with their improvements, the place will be nice. So, to be continued.

If I could leave no stars I would. My husband JUST ETS’d out of the Army and started his new job three weeks ago. We were told that because he hasn’t been at his new job for 3 months, our income doesn’t qualify even though we make more than the required 3x rent. Absolutely despicable to turn away a Veteran over something like this. I wouldn’t recommend this property company to anyone.

Bella Vista has come a long way from where it was when I first moved here 15 years ago. I would like to take a moment to thank the new owners for all of the hard work and dedication they have shown in improving Bella Vista and making it a place I'm not embarrassed to call home anymore. My only complaint is I think the speed limit should be 15 mph instead of 10 mph lol.
