I have lived here for over a year and am only moving to go to school. Great location 1 mile from Livingston state park. National forest as my backyard with beautiful wildlife. Close enough to town for shopping and dining but yet far enough for peace and quiet. Grandchildren loved to visit me here with nice play areas. Clean laundry facilities. 2 dog parks. To add to the greatness are the managers Andrew and Shelly. They are attentive, kind and helpful. Thank you both for all you have done for me. I will miss it here terribly . God bless you and your beautiful family.

We stayed for one week on short notice. I called in the morning and by the evening we were able to set up our RV. They have a nice little play area for kids, storage, and a small laundromat. The owners were very nice and accommodating. It’s right down from the state park and next to the lake. It is a small tucked away spot and very quiet if you’re looking for that sort of a stay. It’s out of town but a very short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay, too!

I love this place, nice quiet and clean. Owner is very polite and friendly I love talking to him. This is my 3rd time staying here this year alone rates are great you don't find a place for 375.00 a month anywhere that is this clean believe me I've looked. It's located about a mile from Livingston state park and not far from shipping fishing or just out and about to enjoy the peace and tranquility of Lake Livingston Trinity River or the dam. I would highly recommend for someone to stay at Longhorn Valley RV Park. Thanks Brian you are great.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and the park manager and owners were very friendly. We stayed in the rental RV the owners have in the park and it was perfect for us, very clean and also has free Wifi! The huge fire pit in the common area is wonderful. Also a great place for pets! We are looking forward to our next trip to Lake Livingston and staying in this park again!

Camping our way across the south western states, we stopped at Long Horn Valley R.V. Park because it is so close to Lake Livingston State Park. When we arrived, our camper was missing its sewer pipe. Owner/manager Andrew jumped at the opportunity to help us. He jury-rigged an incredible substitute drain for us, and he wanted no compensation. When we discovered the state park was closed, again Andrew rescued us by suggestion a great alternative park to visit with our grandchildren. This is a small, friendly campground bordering a National Forest. The evenings are quiet and the night sky is big.
