Reviewing ONLY from a visitors POV: Never dealt with owners in any way other than a simple, hi how ya doing, greeting. But everyone seems to stay to theirselves for most part, nobody roaring through making alot of unnecessary noise. Nice quiet place seems like.
Jan 24, 2020 · Kyle HarringtonRated 1 star only because google reviews won't let you rate a BIG FAT ZERO! Online pictures are extremely misleading. I was very surprised to see the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what was depicted online. Most RVs were extremely rundown & very trashy. The people that i saw when driving through, made me question my safety. I would not stay at this "park" if my life depended on it. Don't waste your time. Check this one OFF YOUR LIST!
May 26, 2019 · Anet C123The only reason I gave this location one star was because it DOES have a laundry and a shower room (although I wouldn’t choose to ever use either one!) The pictures are completely misleading. What little gras there is is brown and weedy. The park Consists of a collection of old, run-down RVs and the people I saw (all men) looked quite questionable. There was only one open space the date we inquired. I had called ahead (early in the day), and the “manager” asked that I call when we were in the vicinity. I did, but when we arrived, no one was there. When I called him, he said he had waited, but left When he thought we weren’t going to show up. Needless to say, we did not stay there!
Apr 16, 2019 · Hana BartlettPositives: Price is lowest in Livingston, Texas, Cement Pads, Laundry Room, Shower Room, Catch & Release Pond, Nice Walking Area Around Pond, Pet Friendly, Long Term Tenants, Minimal Noise, Locked Dumpster. 80% Decent and Friendly Neighbors. Negatives: Spots Hold Water Really Bad/Felt Like Living on a Bayou, Passerbys Used the Shower Rooms as a Safe Site for Drug Use (IV Needles Often Found in the Shower Stalls) Dumped Trash on Top/Beside the Dumpster, No Filtration of Tentants (anyone with the daily, weekly, or monthly rent are welcomed without question, regardless of mental state/addiction), No Eviction Process for the Unsavory/Troubled Tentants (too expensive, just easier to ride them out or "call the law", stated by management), Loose/Free Roaming Animals with Zero Consequences for Owners, Heavy Traffic Noise from Highway 59, Horrible "Free Wifi".
Mar 21, 2020 · SarahI just drove there to check out my site and I was horrified at what I saw. The campers and trash should all be condemned by dept. of sanitation. This place should not charge people. You would be safer at the local dump.
