Customer Reviews
Terrible place to live If you want rent maybe you should make the house livable . It had multiple leaks walls not connected to floors the electrical was garbage and the heating unit would run up a $500 electric bill. The owners did nothing for the place and the maintenance man refused to fix anything ever . Here's a few sample pictures. I have PLENTY more..
Took my son to look at a place here. The company sorely misrepresents what is available and the conditions of the property. I honestly can't understand why any of these trailers were even occupied. Horribly run down and the property management on site even admits that the pictures misrepresent what is available.
The trailers are in bad shape and I say most need torn down needs better management
This place is nasty. Junk trailers with junk piled all over. Stray cats everywhere and junk cars.
Crazy expensive rates and locked into a 2 year contact of you buy. Don't buy in this park.
