Customer Reviews
Raven was our tour guide this morning. She did an amazing job at explaining everything and making sure we saw everything possible. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The area was beautiful and the see-through kayak was awesome! Highly recommend!
This was our 2nd time staying and won't be our last. We love the atmosphere and everyone is always friendly. We took the clear kayak tour that launched there and it was wonderful. Davis is an excellent guide. We saw manatees and dolphins swimming out front of our campsite. Fun to watch people catching fish along the wall.
Great place to kayak. Woman in the office was wonderful. As a first timer, she was patient and gave us the best advice on kayaking. We had the best time and will be back again.
Great experience, other than the stovetop and oven stopped working as I was cooking breakfast my first morning there. I’m only leaving a review to commemorate the camp leader or whatever he’s called. I went to the office early that morning to tell them and all I got was an “oh sorry” I ran into the camp leader later that day and informed him of the problem. A few minutes later a grill, charcoal, and lighter fluid was left for me on the deck of the cabin we rented to cook that evening with. just wanted to boost him!
Vintage Florida at its finest. This is an awesome “old school” Florida fish camp. I rented a cabin for two nights. The camp has been there since 1946 so it wasn’t the Ritz…. But my cabin was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed for my stay. Fishing from the sea wall was fun and there are grills around the property to make a tasty “fresh catch” dinner. The surrounding area around the camp is worth exploring. Beautiful parks, an observation tower, and tons of scenery are just a short drive away. And check out Bayport Air Boat tours while you’re there!!! I would certainly visit again!!
