Manager owner is a biotch, if she takes a dislike to you, shell biotch and look for every little thing to biotch about. She has her favorites and you can tell. Mow your grass often, nothing laying in yard including kids bikes, porches keep clean, no holes in skirting,your throwing away to many bags of trash, you have too many cars , have to charge you xtra,you need to wash your trailer, your trl needs painted. No pools it will kill the grass, those trees are to close to trl cut them down,. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
