How do u charge a pet fee when u first of all did not buy home from them u own it flat out and u have cats indoor fixed cats explain how that is policy further more it's raves about the management is amazing but when u need to speak to the head office they say they don't have a phone number for corporate mayb need a new manger who knows her job people move out as fast as they move in complete stupidity not to mention u pay extra for them to do yard work they don't do that great of a job they don't blow cutting off the walk way this is not like they portray how they really r they r always going up on lot fees and don't do more. Don't rent or lease here the homes they do rent the ones that have never been lived in fall apart so fast someone moved in was only here 6 months cuz it's was just falling apart beware!!!!!
Dry Creek’s management Is extremely professional and courteous. We have handled several projects for this particular park and I’ve seen firsthand how attentive they are to their tenants and residents of this beautiful community. Either living here or working with this community is an absolute pleasure the office staff and maintenance team is professional, attentive, and Courteous and I believe it is the reason that the community is so great.
This is a nice community with nice, new homes! Jennifer in the office is amazing and did everything to make our move here a good one! Maintenance is amazing too. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
The new office staff is absolutely amazing. Wendi is very professional and always keeps a great line of communication. They truly care about the community.
