Promotions or Special Offers

As a mobile home park primarily focused on long-term residency and home ownership, Plum Creek Mobile Home Park typically doesn't offer short-term "promotions" in the same way a retail business or transient campground might. Instead, its primary "special offer" is the ongoing value proposition of affordable living within a community that is actively improving its amenities and management.

The core value for residents lies in the cost-effectiveness of owning a manufactured home and leasing a lot at Plum Creek. This often provides a significantly more budget-friendly housing solution compared to renting apartments or purchasing traditional stick-built homes in the area. This intrinsic affordability is a continuous benefit.

The recent reopening of the pool, after years of closure, can be seen as a substantial "value-add" or "special amenity" that greatly enhances the living experience without necessarily increasing lot rents proportionally. This significant improvement is a direct benefit to all residents.

Prospective residents interested in available lots or homes for sale within the park should contact the management directly. While specific "deals" might not be advertised, they can provide detailed information on current lot rental rates, discuss any application processes, and inform you about any available homes within the park or partnerships with manufactured home dealers that could offer attractive purchasing options. The focus is on providing stable, affordable housing within a community that is striving for continuous betterment.

Conclusion: Why This Place is Suitable for Locals

For us Texans, Plum Creek Mobile Home Park in Wichita Falls presents a compelling and evolving housing option, particularly for those seeking affordability and a community experiencing positive transformation. Its suitability for locals stems from several key factors that resonate with the needs of residents in our state.

This empowers individuals and families to build equity and enjoy the stability that comes with owning their residence.

Secondly, while past challenges have been noted, the recent reopening of the community pool is a clear indicator of a management team dedicated to making tangible improvements. This commitment to enhancing amenities, coupled with recent positive feedback about "friendly neighbors and management team that's getting stuff done," suggests a community on an upward trajectory. For Texans who value a supportive environment and are willing to embrace a place undergoing positive change, Plum Creek offers a promising outlook.

I have lived here for a while and cant wait to move. I have had 4 break ins for my home and 1 for my car. Roads are terrible, pool just opened after over 6 years of not being able to use. Management never keeps there word and Management and company managing it is always changing. Had neighbors that had approved fence for years got told they had to remove. I own my home and have inside cats and never paid a rent fee and was told now i gotta pay. Talked to corporate and then they said they wouldnt charge it then week later said they changed their mind. Office never keeps there word and you better make sure you get in writing or they wont honor it and sometimes they dont even honor that as sometimes as well. They have gardeners that dont understand english and cut down some expensive plants and the office did nothing but say sorry. Dont move here its not worth it and constantly changing and they lie about everything.

This park is a joke! They only want renters & not homeowners. They tell you one thing and never fall through. They also find crazy ways to charge you. Like I own my home & have inside cats and after 3 years they want to charge me $40 a month. They also state that the water is done by city. Nope its done by their meters but when they over charge can't prove any documents over it. They have stupid rules like you cant have someone at your home to visit with another pet. They have outrageous rules on insurance policy to move the home like million dollar policies & when I try to sell my home to move out of this scam location. I have had multiple realtors tell me this is a scam & to take legal action. They look over their rules & said its not legal. When I offer for the park to buy my home just so i can get the heck out of their horrible park. By law they have to decline to purchase my home and I can sell but Management stated that they will not do that but wait til I find a buyer then decide then if they want to buy it instead of the buyer. This park thinks that they make the laws & rules. Management has changed 4 times, pool is never opened but they use it as a selling point, they also have some streets that are beyond repair & also bought all these trailer homes for park then up your rent because no one wants to live here. I'm seeking legal action & going public with this scam that they are running. We have multiple people in this park are going to do the same. Please dont get into this scam & don't live at any of their locations in town. They own 4 communities in wichita falls. They need to be closed down. Can I give them a negative 5 Stars? We did have a good management at one time but they fired her for trying to help the community.

This community is run by a warm, caring and professional staff. It is family friendly and quiet. Unfortunately, don't be fooled by the amenities. The pool that is displayed in their advertisement has not been open for years. This was a great selling point for myself and am sure for others. Also the professionally landscaped grounds must be maintained by each resident at their expense. I personally sent an email stating the above mentioned concerns, over a month ago. Yet you continue to advertise the park in the same manner. This is nothing but false advertising.
