I would really like to express my happiness with the work MS. Sherry has been working with me on. She came onto this property to help the community here . There's a lot to cleanup up and she just jumped in and doing so much very quickly. I know anytime I needed to talk about anything she is right here. It is exciting to have someone with her attitude and determination to get things going. We need to keep this one. Keep up the great work and and I appreciate everything you are doing for the park and myself.
Nothing gets fixed. I moved in July was not given any fire detectors. My heater does not work and I have had to use space heaters to keep warm. With a broken window that was reported broken a month ago and still not fixed. They Removed the glass and put a piece of cardboard up. When I moved in it wasn't cleaned like promised there was mold and carpet from an empty trailer that set empty for years was used to replace the carpet with no padding underneath and not shampooed or cleaned.
Sold again. New owners buying 80+ new trailers. Single and double wide. Only renting new. Most of older homes are individually owned. New manager very nice and will try to help. The park is located near quick food and wal mart. Block from these stores and I-44 interstate. McConnell afb 1 mile. Hospital 5 to 8 miles down I-44. No traffic jams, well, 1 or 2 yr. Only cause by large wrecks. Getting better ever month. Lived here since 2001.
The new manager change has been refreshing. Sherry is very knowledgeable, responds in a timely manner, returns calls as promised and is well organized. The front office experience is a positive one!
Visited with the Park Manager, Pam, very caring about the community. Nearly 100 brand new trailers being broth in for rental. New Splash Pad coming and lot rent very reasonable. Looking at one of the renovated trailers to out right buy. You can't beat it with seller financing Available and new ownership. 2021 is going to be great.
