Dump! Eye Sore to the City Of Soddy Daisy and Homeowners! The owners don't make residents clean up. The owners just collect money spend nothing to fix it into a nice park. Pull out the old antique trailers from 50's 60's 70's about to fall apart and a fire hazard. Paint trailers, fix underpinning, cool seal, pave park, tear down outbuilding, Clean trash around trailer's and junk cars. The park should be CLOSED....DUMP DUMP

Mimosa trailor park has been operating without a business license for many many years and is currently being investigated bye more than one state and County agency due to information obtain in a federal lawsuit against Mimosa trailer park in soddy Daisy Trailor park,. any reviews that have been posted since 1/1/2020 have been posted by past & former resident to make mimosa look good , and play a role in the lawsuit

I visited and most of the trailers need work. She told me 185 mo for rent for your trailer. It close to Walmart and other food chains.

This park is on a clean up cycle. While nothing is perfect, it's working on it.
