RIVERGLEN TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE I just moved out from there 3 weeks ago and they have been careless and rude while this process. We have been paying on time during these last 3 years living there and having no issues with any neighbors. The mobile home was handled to us in awful conditions when they said the place would be ready to moved in, what we found was mices, roaches, every room dirty and who knows what on the floors. We didn’t have financial possibilities to pick another place and also in short time. Whenever we had an issue with the mobile home they never answered, they only cashed the check. They didn’t renew our contract when asked, again they only cashed their check, no stablished management. We stayed and made that place our home, cleaning it, taking care of it, improving it, even when we left from there their staff said it was the cleanest mobile home ever and looked great. We gave them a 30 day vacant notice before leaving and Riverglen broke in and changed the keys from the house, we had all the services on and things in still, nobody called us. Riverglen just decided to break in -even when paid for the whole month. They apologized but practically was more like shut up, here are new keys. Unfortunately, a family member passed away during the moving out but still we honored our word and left the place clean, on time, and no trash or furniture in. We took care of everything after their negligence in these three last years and they just called me knowing our situation to say they would charged us 250 for cleaning services when we just cleaned the place and they knew we were doing that -if anyways, they wanted to charge that fee, we wouldn’t have cleaned it while grieving, they said it was perfect and cleanest mobile home they ever seen. And they gave us that mobile home with trash, roaches, mice, bad conditions, didn’t reply to us when needed these last years, we didn't have a contract for more than a year, they broke in our place and changed the locks. At this point, it’s not just money the issue but the disrespect. We did everything right and care but this company doesn’t have any values neither some employees. You guys think you can treat people that live in a mobile home as less. You couldn’t be more wrong. I just want to make aware the next person who consider this place. Take a lot of pictures, videos, (we did that but still they don’t care) save your text messages, emails. Hopefully you have better luck.
Jul 02, 2024 · Lucia Wester-PachecoI have lived here since Oct. 2001. Now its 2019, I have lived here for 18 yrs. I have seen Owners come and go. Me and my daughter Love this Park, I lost my wife in 2014. My daughter moved in with me right after.
Nov 20, 2018 · Jim DavisI took a friend of mine and her mother there after they had been told they rent mobile homes. It was nothing but a complete scam. They're clearly buying repoed homes and reselling them. They're junkie they're old and the person she dealt with through Facebook claim to be a woman but was a man when we showed up. Having been a property manager for many years in the Chattanooga area I've seen this kind of scam before. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever go there unless you're trying to find a place to buy meth. I'm sure there's plenty in the trailer park right next door. Stay away!
