Super shady park- there’s a reason there’s no actual photos of the park on the Google page. I regret not taking some to post. I am When I called a month or two ago for availability, the lady (I’m pretty sure her name was Sandy) was very kind on the phone, and even offered to assist help backing up my rig when I arrived. However, my husband and I felt unsafe even driving through the park and we are now biding time in a state park until I can find something else to stay in. Super run down, the rigs are very old and unkempt, and everyone is very close together. There’s tons of clutter outside most of the sites. The appearance of some of the tenants made us very uneasy. Although the manager was very nice, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We drove right through and left.

Been living here since July. Management has cleaned up the park quite a bit. Gotten rid of the riff raff, and druggie. Cleaned it up pretty good. We own one of our own campers and are renting to own a 2nd one. Kids have a blast playing outside and taking our dogs on a walk. Management has done everything we've needed when we needed it. They even made it possible for both our campers to be next to one another. We have a large family, so the campers being next to one another was a huge plus. Reasonable lot rent and utilities are cheap. Saving ourselves a lot of money being here. They have 3 showers in the main office, clean and well stocked. Love that they have a community set of shelves to place food for anyone whom made need it. There's also vending machines for snacks and other personal items you may need and can get quickly.

The managers are shady individuals who will lie, cheat, and steal to get over on tenants. The manger named Amanda is from hell— literally. Her husband, Jason, will try to intimidate children will lie and not own up to his mistakes… both will verbal assault children. They have rap sheets of doing this at the previous rv park the lived at for treating tenants horrible. They have no license to sale RVs and when your done paying off your RV they will tell you they don’t have a title. Overall worst living experience ever.
