Some of the people are nice but there is a lot of weird people and some of the places a dumps, the water is absolutely disgusting 🤢 it’s not even normal well water is brown, there are brown recluse spiders in the grass all over the property, I unfortunately rented a place 216. S star, the person who I rented from turned a small two bedroom trailer into two different apts and I was paying 1,350 a month to live in a box, walls falling apart, refrigerator didn’t work , sink leaked , ac didn’t work more than fan…. It was ridiculous and they were trying to rent both units out off one electrical breaker box the window ac units leaked down the walls into the power outlets , thankfully I was about to find something amazing to rent and moved out beware out there
