Great landlord, that is super sweet and very attentive on his trailers! If anything is wrong he will fix it and you don't have to wait weeks! Usually very quite neighborhood with kiddos for your kiddos to play with. The only issue we have had was new tenants moving in or out that bring bugs like german roaches, as long as you keep your house clean and take measures to prevent them from entering your home...you should be fine🥰we have been here for a lil while and haven't had a bug issue granted I have OCD lol
