Visited a friend who stays here. The trailers are very close together plus there is no driveways. Other than that it seems like an alright place to live.

Clean quiet park with good roads. Reasonable lot rent. Park managers really care but won't tolerate lewd behavior or mind games. Just a good community over all. Some newer homes. Some older. Some fixer uppers. Generous lots.

Community Managers do what they can. However when the community is constantly being sold to new owners it seems like a money pit. Lot rent isn't justified fit this community with zero amenities no play ground, no insentitives whatsoever. Seems most of the decent people moved out..
