Customer Reviews
My husband and I are here in for work. We stayed 2 weeks in a rental before bringing our camper up. The rental was clean and well taken care of. As we were bringing our rv up our truck over heated. We called Eric, to see if he knew anyone who could bring the rv the rest of the way here. He didn't hesitate, he said I'm on the way. Eric drove 2.5 hours one way to tow our camper here for us. I've seen several negative reviews but for us he went out of his way to help us. So if your looking for a campground with nice people, great views and pet friendly give this place a call.
Roads are horrible, i need an alignment on my vehicle now, one dumpster for the whole park. There is no bathhouse, no washateria no nothing. Have a long cord for power because the power is by the road
Its pretty unethical that your website is advertising pictures of the campground prior to your purchase of it. In no way shape for form does it still look like that. Guess that's just makes you feel better about running EVERY SINGLE ONE of those annual campers in those pictures out. Generations of campers spent their summers there and raised their kids and grandkids for it to all end because of greed. Nice campground in your real estate portfolio though. You need to update your website to reflect what it truly is now.
We really enjoyed staying at Olde Oak RV Campground. New Owner Eric and his team is doing an amazing job at fixing the place up and we are sure in now time it will be top quality. The campgrounds are very quiet, we had beautiful views of the river, our two Great Danes loved the lower level and river they had a place to run and play. If you like lazy days, beautiful views and looking to relax this is a great place to do it. We will be back.
Moved 7 1/2 hours from home on the word of ERIC PENSON telling us there was all kinds of work here and that he would work with us knowing it would take a minute to get settled. Well once we arrived we didn't even get put in a spot just thrown somewhere for the time being while he asked my husband to work on the lots there to pay the next months rent, so my husband did, did all kinds of work for this man just for Eric to turn around and say he couldn't credit him anything for working on our own lot but we wasn't even in the lot until literally the day nexts months rent was due plus my husband did a whole lot more work than just that lot we was supposed to be put in. Place is over run with druggies and all kinds of bugs. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND staying here and do not believe a word out of erics mouth
