While Outdoor Resorts At Gatlinburg is primarily known as an ownership-based RV park where plots can be purchased, individual plot owners may offer their sites for rental. Therefore, any "promotions" or "special offers" would typically come from these individual renters or through third-party rental platforms rather than directly from the resort management. It is crucial for potential visitors to understand this distinction.
When searching for availability or special rates, consider the following avenues, which might offer varying "promotions":
- Individual Owner Rentals: Many owners at Outdoor Resorts At Gatlinburg rent out their privately owned RV lots. These listings can often be found on vacation rental websites (like Airbnb, Vrbo, or Hipcamp) where owners might set their own pricing, including potential discounts for longer stays, off-season bookings, or last-minute availability. You might find listings that include "pet stays free" or other value-added amenities determined by the owner.
- Seasonal Rates: Prices for rented lots will naturally fluctuate with the seasons. Traveling during the shoulder seasons (spring and fall, outside of major holidays) often presents opportunities for more favorable rates compared to peak summer or fall foliage periods.
- Package Deals (Indirect): While the resort itself doesn't offer package deals in the traditional hotel sense, some individual renters might bundle their RV site rental with small incentives, though this is less common.
To find the best "promotions" for a stay at Outdoor Resorts At Gatlinburg, it is highly recommended to: Contact the resort directly to inquire if they maintain a list of owners who rent out their sites. Check popular vacation rental platforms, specifying "Gatlinburg" and "RV" to find available listings at Outdoor Resorts At Gatlinburg, and then review individual listing details for any owner-provided discounts. Please note that official resort-wide promotions akin to hotels or typical campgrounds are generally not a feature of a privately-owned lot RV park model. However, the value comes from the high quality of the amenities and the serene environment.

It's a campground where you buy your plot and bring your own camper. Great location to get away from everything, and enjoy nature. The people are friendly, and the amenities are really nice for a campground. I've got family that lives here, and it's a great getaway spot to relax and detach for a bit.
ORG is a fantastic place to vacation. It is located a mere 10 miles from Gatlinburg, yet it feels like you’re so far away. Sitting at the pool in the middle of the forest can’t get more surreal. There are lots & campers that are available to rent by individual owners of the lots/campers. There is a very large family pool, an adult only pool, nice bathhouses, a seasonal restaurant, putt putt, game room, laundry facilities, trash pick up and more. A add to your favorite list for sure.
We rented a spot for three weeks at this campground. All of the spots are privately owned, but the entire campground is clean and well maintained. The pond is stocked for catch and release fishing. We never encountered any issues with other campers being too noisy or bothersome. We stayed during the month of October, and the campground was very quiet. There didn't seem to be very many people around. I had only two concerns with the campground. First, the spots are *tiny*. We barely were able to get our slides out. My son actually cried a little when we pulled in because he realized that he wouldn't have much space to play outside. The second concern is the playground equipment. The rock wall had several of the holds broken due to rotting wood, and the rope was also broken. The equipment looked like it was made by an amature, did not look well maintained, and I worried that it was not safe for my 5-year-old to play. The residents we met were generally friendly. Our immediate neighbor had a camera in his window that looked only at our site. It made me more than a little uncomfortable. There were a few overtly political flags flying at some of the sites and many religious signs (evangelical). Take that as you will.
Rented a spot for our travel trailer on Hipcamp and it was located at this campground. What a gorgeous place! It was such a nice stay. Everyone here seems super friendly. All the spots are well kept. The laundry room was beautiful lol. They have a little restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. We went here one day and the waitress was super nice. You're in the mountains surrounded by mountain streams. The properties are pretty private for how close they are. Doesn't even feel like you're on top of anyone else. They have a pond. Two pools. Playground. Shuffle board. Game room. A lot of stuff. Even trash service at 10am, 3pm everyday! So awesome. You're close enough to Gatlinburg and PF if you want to do that stuff. We hung out in Cosby most of the time. Loved it!
