My mom always said if you can't say something good don't say anything at all. The previous Park owners Ron and Linda cared about the tenants and the park. Maintenance was done promptly usually the same day and with out extra charges. They would never bully or take advantage of the elderly or disabled tenants financially. It was a joy to live here. I live here and as the park is super nice and clean and no disturbances! The management doesn't get around to fix your stuff even after we have reminded them multiple times! But rent and bills are very affordable! Overall very nice park!

This park is under new management we have lived here under both, The new managers are very hard at work getting things done that was let go before, I have yet to call and not get done what I need. Sometimes it takes awhile because they are busy. A very nice clean and affordable living.
