Had to do an emergency temporary solution to keep water from leaking in the front door and kitchen window. All the storms we just had definitely exposed the problem areas.

Very good community. The manager is very active in the community. Neighbors are friendly. The community is kept clean and well maintained. It is a safe, affordable, beautiful place to raise a family or have a retirement home.

I am looking into moving out there if approved, does anyone know how long it generally takes and what's a good time to reach someone. I have tried calling only left one message, from the reviews it's seems like the manager is pretty busy, I sent email as well. Any information would be much appreciated

Not much to say, the layout is just crazy but they all are. Mobile home parks are a ripoff but I guess if she's a screamer and an apartment isn't an option you can pay rent twice!
