Rent is ridiculously high for a duplex trailer. I don't even live in a full trailer and I pay about $720 a month. The pet fee is $250 The windows are covered in plastic because if they are not the wind gets through more then usual. There is no heat in my trailer and the hot water doesn't even last long enough to fill up half of the small bathtub. We have a very small sink and we can only do dishes for about 15 to 20 minutes before the hot water runs out anyways. When it's warm enough outside you still can't open the windows as they don't open. Most of the trailers have water damage too. Most of the roads going through the park arent even roads, they are gravel paths with giant holes in them and pretty much everybody's cars get stuck at the top of the hill and have trouble getting out and off of the road.

This is the most run down trailer park in radcliff. Roads are in total disrepair and every trailer looks like it is 50 years old. This place needs to be leveled.
