For Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community, like many manufactured housing communities, specific "promotions" in the form of short-term discounts or move-in incentives are not typically the primary focus of their advertising. The inherent "special offer" is the consistent value proposition of owning a home within a community setting at a potentially more affordable price point than conventional housing in Kentucky. While one review mentioned a "pet fee" and a specific monthly rent figure for a duplex trailer, it's crucial for prospective residents to understand that rents and fees can vary based on the specific home and lot, and are subject to change.
To obtain the most accurate and current information regarding lot availability, specific home rental or purchase options, current lot rent, any associated fees (like pet fees), and the terms of the lease agreement, it is essential for interested individuals to directly contact Paradise Park Manufactured Home Community management. They are the best source for up-to-date pricing and any potential offerings. Mar 28, 2023 · Kathy VititoeRent is ridiculously high for a duplex trailer. I don't even live in a full trailer and I pay about $720 a month. The pet fee is $250 The windows are covered in plastic because if they are not the wind gets through more then usual. There is no heat in my trailer and the hot water doesn't even last long enough to fill up half of the small bathtub. We have a very small sink and we can only do dishes for about 15 to 20 minutes before the hot water runs out anyways. When it's warm enough outside you still can't open the windows as they don't open. Most of the trailers have water damage too. Most of the roads going through the park arent even roads, they are gravel paths with giant holes in them and pretty much everybody's cars get stuck at the top of the hill and have trouble getting out and off of the road.

Jun 11, 2024 · christine mikelWe pray the families are able to live in better housing and more affordable clean housing.
Dec 30, 2018 · J HThis is the most run down trailer park in radcliff. Roads are in total disrepair and every trailer looks like it is 50 years old. This place needs to be leveled.
