As a professional content writer, I must rely solely on the provided factual information. The customer reviews for Park Avenue Mobile Home Park do not mention any specific promotions, discounts, or special offers currently available to prospective or existing residents. Instead, reviews highlight concerns about rising rent and a fixed water bill structure, rather than promotional benefits.
In the mobile home park industry, common "promotions" often revolve around the pricing structure itself or the inclusion of certain utilities. These might include:
- Monthly Lot Rent: The primary cost for residents owning their mobile homes.
- Home Rental Rates: For homes that may be available to rent within the park.
- Included Utilities: While water and trash are noted as included, their fixed-fee nature is a point of concern for residents.
Given the feedback from current residents, it is highly recommended that any interested individuals contact Park Avenue Mobile Home Park directly to obtain the most accurate and up-to-date information on current lot rental rates, any available mobile homes for rent, the exact breakdown of utility charges (especially the water bill structure), and any other fees. Inquiring about future plans for road repairs and general park improvements would also be advisable to ensure complete understanding before committing to a stay.

Neighbors are the only thing that makes this place bearable. Yea water bill is ridiculous!!! My water and trash is more than my electricity and that’s unacceptable. I was gone for almost a month and my bill was still the same. I learned it’s a set fee per home size. WTH??? Road is in a low class all by itself. I must say that the school zoning is another reason I have decided to stay. Trust when I tell you I'm still looking.
I was just turning around in the mobile home community , because I was on the wrong street; so my knowledge of this place is limited, but the road through the park was bad and in serious need of repair and a good number of the mobile homes were in poor and trashy condition. However, I spoke with some of the residents their to obtain directions and they seemed like they were very nice and decent people. So, if your on a budget and need a place to live with friendly neighbors and you don't mind the poor road conditions, then this community might be fine until you can do better.
