These people are greedy. Don't move here ... They need to be investigated where the money is going. They don't cut the grass but expect for people to do it and if you dont you will get fined because they want their money. Roads aren't fixed and I think the towing thing is a type of scam. Water goes off all the time to "fix " the issues but I found out why water is turned off too and sometimes its not to "fix" anything. I decided to report this to an investigator and probably the news. There is also a cat murder that lives in the trailer park. Yeah, people need to know where their money is going.. Also these people are greedy they raise the rent all the time. Make park village great again.

Living here was probably the worst year of my life. There are sewage problems that they WILL charge you for (my water/trash was 118$ a few months, it is 80$ on a regular month) that have been present long before over half of the people even arrived. They also never returned my 800$ deposit despite me leaving my new address, phone number, and email with them multiple times. Nor did they give me an itemized list as to why they were not returning it(I should have taken them to court since it's my renters right to have my money returned or an itemized list). The only good thing about it there was Danika, who works in the office. And the maintenance man is very kind. They both deserve to work for a better business, since their ethics seem to be in a better place than the owners. They also will charge you money for not mowing your yard but do not keep the same standard of weekly mowing for themselves, which makes the living environment kind of disappointing. There are also growing pot holes around the park, one of which was in front of my driveway that rendered half of the drive unusable. I emailed about this issue a few times and never got a response. I see that they are having an open house, and I just wanted to warn anyone who may be thinking about living here that it is not worth it. Also the storm shelter has no closeable door(missing door knob),leaks and the land around the shelter is actively eroding away from the structure(scary!).

There are no good words I could says about this park if you are a animal lover. People have been shooting cats for years, not just feral cats but peoples pets. Now I have just found out that one individual has been trapping over 30 cats ad been taking them to the country. Will not tell us were he dumped them. The ones he has been trapping are peoples pets, kittens, mothers that are still nursing babies, and cats that are injured. I know this because I have been helping to take care of these cats, feed them, get them fixed and getting them to the vet when needed.

The new owners raised the rent twice in 6 months. They are charging a percentage of water usage for the entire park and dividing it by the number of units. It doesn't matter how many people live in your home or how much YOU use. There were multiple water pipe breaks that went weeks not getting fixed and the tenants are the one paying the cost of the water usage.
