ParkLand Ventures, Inc About

For Virginians considering mobile home living, understanding who manages and operates these communities is key. ParkLand Ventures, Inc., located in Glen Allen, VA, serves as a central point of contact for manufactured housing solutions in our region. While they may not be a physical mobile home park that you drive through, they represent a significant presence in the Virginia mobile home landscape, often overseeing the management and operations of various manufactured home communities.

For locals exploring affordable and flexible housing options, understanding the role of a company like ParkLand Ventures, Inc. is crucial. They are involved in providing opportunities for Virginians to find a place they can call home within a structured community setting. This type of living can offer a unique blend of affordability, a sense of neighborhood, and often more space than traditional apartment living. For many in Virginia, manufactured homes present a viable and attractive path to homeownership or stable long-term residency, allowing for a comfortable lifestyle without the high costs associated with traditional real estate in many parts of our state. Connecting with a management entity like ParkLand Ventures, Inc. is often the first step in discovering available homes or lots within communities they oversee.

ParkLand Ventures, Inc. is located at 4600 Cox Rd #400, Glen Allen, VA 23060, USA. For Virginia locals, particularly those in the Greater Richmond metropolitan area, this address signifies a highly accessible and central location. Cox Road is a well-known commercial corridor in Glen Allen, providing excellent connectivity to major interstates and thoroughfares. This means that reaching their offices, should you need to, is straightforward from various parts of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, and surrounding counties.

The strategic placement in Glen Allen offers several accessibility benefits. It's close to significant business centers, shopping districts, and a variety of local amenities. This ensures that any in-person interactions, such as discussing property management or community opportunities, are convenient for residents or prospective residents located across the region. While ParkLand Ventures, Inc. is an administrative or management office rather than a residential park itself, its central location makes it an accessible point of contact for individuals interested in or currently residing in mobile home communities they manage throughout Virginia. This geographical advantage helps streamline communication and access to information for Virginians exploring their housing options or seeking assistance with their current manufactured home living situation under their purview.

As a company that manages and operates mobile home parks, ParkLand Ventures, Inc. offers a suite of services primarily focused on property management and community oversight. While the direct services experienced by residents will be within the specific mobile home park they reside in, ParkLand Ventures, Inc.'s role typically encompasses:

  • Mobile Home Park Management: Overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of various mobile home communities under their portfolio.
  • Lot Rental Services: Managing the rental of individual lots within their managed parks, including lease agreements and payment processing for residents who own their manufactured homes.
  • Community Standards & Enforcement: Establishing and upholding community guidelines and rules to ensure a pleasant, safe, and well-maintained environment for all residents across their managed properties.
  • Resident Relations: Serving as a point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their living situation within the managed parks.
  • Common Area Maintenance Oversight: Ensuring the upkeep of shared spaces, roads, and infrastructure within the mobile home parks they manage.
  • Home Sales/Rentals Facilitation (Potentially): While the core business is park management, they may also facilitate or provide information on the sale of new or pre-owned manufactured homes within their communities, or manage rental homes if available.
  • Financial Administration: Handling financial aspects related to lot rents, utilities (where applicable), and other associated fees within their managed communities.

As a managing entity for mobile home parks, ParkLand Ventures, Inc.'s highlights and features are largely centered around their role in providing and maintaining organized manufactured home communities for Virginia residents:

  • Centralized Management: They serve as a centralized management company, which can offer consistency in policies and procedures across the mobile home parks they oversee, potentially streamlining processes for residents.
  • Focus on Mobile Home Communities: Their specialization in mobile home parks indicates a dedicated understanding of this unique housing sector, catering to the specific needs and lifestyle associated with manufactured home living.
  • Accessibility from Richmond Metro Area: Their office location in Glen Allen makes them easily accessible for current and prospective residents throughout the Greater Richmond region, facilitating direct communication when needed.
  • Provision of Structured Communities: By managing various parks, they contribute to the availability of structured community environments where residents can enjoy a sense of neighborhood and shared living spaces.
  • Facilitator of Affordable Housing: By managing mobile home parks, they play a role in providing more affordable housing solutions for Virginians compared to traditional stick-built homes, which is a significant highlight for many.
  • Point of Contact for Residents: They serve as the administrative point of contact for residents within their managed parks for various concerns, from billing to community guidelines.

However, it is also important to acknowledge that like any management company overseeing multiple properties, resident experiences can vary. Some feedback from a particular managed park indicates concerns about communication, consistent enforcement of rules, and timely resolution of maintenance issues. Prospective residents should consider these points and are always encouraged to visit any specific mobile home park managed by ParkLand Ventures, Inc. to assess the conditions and speak with current residents where possible, to ensure it aligns with their expectations for a living environment.

Given that ParkLand Ventures, Inc. operates as a management company for mobile home parks rather than a direct sales or rental office for individual homes, specific "promotions or special offers" in the traditional sense (like discounts on rent or move-in bonuses) are typically determined at the individual park level or by the home sellers/dealers themselves. ParkLand Ventures, Inc.'s core "offer" is the provision of managed mobile home communities and lots for rent. However, it's possible that:

  • New Resident Incentives: Individual parks managed by ParkLand Ventures, Inc. might occasionally offer incentives for new residents, such as a discount on the first month's lot rent, waiving certain fees, or assistance with moving. These would be specific to that particular park and its current occupancy needs.
  • Referral Programs: Some communities may have referral programs where existing residents receive a credit or bonus for referring new residents who successfully move into the park.
  • Seasonal Promotions: While less common for lot rentals, some manufactured home dealerships that sell homes into these parks might have their own seasonal sales or financing promotions.

To ascertain if any current promotions or special offers are available for specific mobile home parks managed by ParkLand Ventures, Inc., it is always best to contact them directly. Their team can provide the most current information regarding lot availability, pricing, and any incentives applicable to their managed properties in Virginia.

For Virginians, understanding the role of a company like ParkLand Ventures, Inc. is crucial when considering mobile home living as a housing solution. While their address in Glen Allen is an administrative office rather than a residential park itself, ParkLand Ventures, Inc. plays a significant role in providing and managing mobile home park communities across Virginia. This suitability for locals stems from several key aspects.

Firstly, ParkLand Ventures, Inc. contributes to the availability of affordable housing options within Virginia. Manufactured home living often presents a more economical alternative to traditional stick-built homes, especially in desirable areas like the Richmond metropolitan region. For Virginians seeking cost-effective homeownership or long-term rental solutions, engaging with a management company that oversees multiple parks can open doors to various opportunities that align with their budget and lifestyle needs.

Secondly, as a management entity, they aim to provide structured and maintained community environments. While individual experiences within managed parks can vary, the overall goal of such a company is to ensure that roads, common areas, and utility infrastructure are in place and managed, contributing to a more stable and organized living situation than unmanaged properties. This can be particularly appealing to Virginians looking for a sense of neighborhood and order in their living space.

Lastly, their centralized contact point in Glen Allen, a well-connected part of the Greater Richmond area, offers convenience for inquiries. For locals seeking information about mobile home living, having a readily accessible administrative office facilitates communication and access to information about communities they manage. While it's important for prospective residents to conduct due diligence by visiting specific parks and speaking with residents, ParkLand Ventures, Inc. serves as a pivotal entry point for Virginians exploring the benefits and options within the manufactured home sector of our state's housing market.

Have lived here around 6 months. Have delt with a pre existing forest(tree) condition, cracked pad that both me (disabled) and my special nds son had fallen/tripped on several times. Casey doesn't know how to communicate to resolve any issues, and takes everything as a personal attack when you say anything. I still have a hole in my yard (several) the big one from a tree root being pulled, and after repeated efforts to get my stuff done so I can enjoy the area I pay for that keeps getting raised. Obviously not to benefit anything getting done for existing tenants, but rather for them to make more money. Again I still have a big hole that I even asked don't throw grass seed down. It has hay and grass growing now too where you can barely see the hole. And at this point after observing her allow her friends to do whatever they want, yards look like trash and toys everywhere, multiple none running cars, up to 4 cars. Parking on the wrong side of the road, big gathering, I don't have any trees but constantly am mowing over others that have blown in the road covering the road, and then blowing everywhere. Nothing is said to these ppl but she will reach for a reason to violate anyone else. And I thought others were lying. But nope was working on my purchased pd with cash deck and I get a violation for debri, when you can clearly see my yard is better taken care of than hers. I'm really tired of the situation, and at this point I feel it's harrasment and discrimination, especially after she lied and had Cathy from the house springs trailer park who by the way neither know are follow the lease, and yes I worked for a lawyers office, and tell me she was corporate. I've asked several times for corporate to call so these issues can be resolved but at this point I'm DONE. I have tried to help Casey resolve several issues as she complains she's to busy with her baby who doesn't sleep, just to be harrassed and discriminated against. While she Allows her friends to do whatever they want or even provides others with sheds, decks, ECT. But when they broke my deck, my wind chimes, came in my yard without prior consent, and I can go on , and on. I get a violation for debri, and when asked what debris I got it's not up for debate. So again when the issue is resolved I will change my review. Also her bribing some too put up a gd google reviews so she has a job, there's plenty residence in the park I have spoken to that also have the same issues but again as soon as anyone says anything they get harrassed with violations so they are afraid to say anything because the lies we don't even know who corporate is, but it isn't Cathy from the high ridge trailer park.

Hidden Lake Estates resident. I have been asking for help for over a year through park management regarding our water and no one is doing nothing. The water is disgusting. At least with old management they would post signs to boil water. What do I have to do to get some help?

I am speaking for the Brookshire Village park in House Springs, MO. I have had nothing but great service and help from Paige Geiler/the manager at Brookshire Village. She has been so helpful in the process of getting our mother set up in her new place, as we are moving her into town from a few hours away. There have been so many details for this move & Paige has been nothing but kind & helped with every step along the way. She is very responsive and answers any questions. She has spent so much time with us, even after office hours and she has stayed late to accommodate us. I am glad that we have Paige as a resource after our move into the community. You can tell she takes pride in her job & she genuinely cares for the members in this community.

If you want to be robbed of your money, this is the place for you! They like to raise rent, send you violations & fees for things that are not in your lease, they pretend they care about their tenants, but they absolutely do not!!!! Their management is a complete joke, and so is the entire corporation. THEY ABSOLUTELY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! It absolutely kills me that they'll send you violations for the silliest things but they can't fix their potholes or replace any of the things that are necessary to the home.. I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. The way this place handles business is completely atrocious. Save yourselves the trouble and just STAY AWAY FROM ANY NEIGHBORHOOD THEY OWN!!!!
