Pavilion RV Park in West Monroe, Louisiana, has established itself as a reliable option for RVers looking for a straightforward, accessible, and comfortable place to park their rig. It's a park that understands the needs of travelers passing through, as well as those planning a longer stay in the area.
Pavilion RV Park is known for its practical approach, providing the core services that RVers need without unnecessary frills. This focus on functionality makes it an appealing choice for a wide variety of campers, from those on a cross-country journey needing an easy overnight stop to individuals or families seeking a long-term base in the West Monroe region. The park’s direct access to Interstate 20 is a significant advantage, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure for all sizes of RVs.

The presence of shade trees is also a welcome feature, providing natural comfort during Louisiana’s warmer months.
Although it might be described as more of a functional parking space with hookups, Pavilion RV Park goes beyond just the basics, offering a clean environment and key facilities. It’s a place where the focus is on a hassle-free experience, allowing RVers to rest, recharge, and access nearby services with ease. For anyone traversing Louisiana or needing a temporary home in the West Monroe area, Pavilion RV Park aims to be a dependable choice.
Location and Accessibility
Pavilion RV Park is strategically located at 635 Mane St, West Monroe, LA 71292, USA. Its position on the I-20 corridor in West Monroe, Louisiana, is a significant advantage, offering excellent accessibility for travelers. West Monroe is part of the Monroe metropolitan area, providing a robust urban infrastructure while retaining a distinct local charm.
The park boasts "quick interstate access," being located "right off I-20." This is crucial for RVers who value easy on-and-off access, especially for those passing through on longer journeys between major cities like Dallas, Texas, and Atlanta, Georgia. For those traveling eastbound or westbound on I-20, simply taking the appropriate exit will lead you directly to the park. Some reviews suggest it's a bit "back off the road" and that following GPS directions is essential, or even staff-provided directions, as some GPS systems might try to route you through what's actually the exit driveway.
Being in West Monroe means guests have immediate access to a wealth of conveniences. Right outside the park's back gate is a Pilot travel center, offering fuel (including diesel and DEF), a Wendy's, and other travel necessities. This close proximity to essential services means you can easily refuel your RV and yourself without extensive detours. Furthermore, West Monroe and its twin city, Monroe, provide numerous options for dining, grocery shopping (including a Walmart Marketplace nearby), retail therapy, and other urban amenities, all within a short driving distance.
The area surrounding West Monroe is generally flat, which contributes to easy maneuvering for even the largest RVs. The park's "big-rig friendly" designation, along with the availability of pull-through sites, further enhances its accessibility. This makes Pavilion RV Park a practical and convenient stop for any RVer looking for a straightforward and well-connected location in Northeast Louisiana.

- Bath Houses: The park features bath houses with restrooms and showers, providing additional convenience for guests, especially those in smaller RVs or tents (though it's primarily an RV-only park) or those who prefer campground facilities.
- Wi-Fi: While some older information might state Wi-Fi is only in the main building, more recent reviews indicate that Wi-Fi is generally strong at sites, allowing guests to stay connected for work, communication, or entertainment.
- Pet-Friendly: Pavilion RV Park welcomes pets, making it easier for travelers to bring their furry companions along. Guests are generally expected to follow typical pet etiquette, such as keeping pets on a leash.
- On-Site Pilot Travel Center Access: Being adjacent to a Pilot travel center provides immediate access to fuel (including diesel and DEF), snacks, basic groceries, and fast food options like Wendy's.
- Long-Term Site Rentals & Cabins: The park accommodates long-term stays, making it suitable for contract workers or individuals needing an extended base. They also mention offering cabins, which could be an alternative for non-RVing companions or a different type of accommodation.

Customer Reviews
We had the best phone experience when we called for a reservation. Definitely follow the GPS directions, as it's a bit back off the road. Either our neighbor's black tank stinks, or it may be outside in general. Otherwise, nice treed area for shade.
Stairs here on our way to the east coast. Very friendly service lovely space and pull through made so we did not have to unhook! Easy to get to from interstate
Good if needed for an overnight stop, a lot of permanent people but most everyone seems friendly. Due to cost of living they do not give any club discounts. Laurie took our call and was very nice and helpful.. Wifi only works near the main building so did not try it.
Only stayed one night at the Pavilion RV Park. It's a little bit out of the way and it's really isolated. Nice and quiet. We both had a good night's sleep and took off really the next morning.
Great easy stop along our travels. Right off the highway and easy in and out pull through spot with our 40ft 5th wheel. Owners gave great directions via text/call and all the information we needed was easily provided. Wish we had stayed longer than one night to meet them!
