Called several times on availability and open trailers but only had one older one and it was priced to high to much down with very limited amenities included for such a high price..
Since the old owners sold this place it has gone down hill. The repair guys left the job due to not being paid, the water has not been safe to drink for over a year due to fecal matter in the water. And also if you try to get them yo fix it they give you a eviction warning for non payment even though you have documentation of all previous rents being paid on time. Stay away and save your money because he wants like 1100/month for some trash trailers that have black mold, serious disrepair and wild animals living in them. Stay away.
