Great place to live long term the neibors are awesome
May 29, 2025 · Carrie RayeCrappy landlady. She won't fix the roads in the park. She won't pay for any damages to any property that her property damages. (Example: a tree fell into my grandmother's trailer. It destroyed the back half of my granny's home. The landlady said it isn't her problem. But the tree wasn't apart of the property my granny rents, it's was the trailer park tree.) Too many junkies live and hangout in the park. The landlady WILL NOT do anything about the junkies or the trash everywhere.
Oct 02, 2017 · Poetic MineralsMost of the park looks like a hoarder's paradise. Some of the mobile homes don't have electric or water with people still living there. The streets are terrible with large pot holes with the landlord having no plans to fix them.
Aug 11, 2018 · Rhonda LayneMy grandmother has lived here for over 10 years. Has Never been late with rent and always keeps to her self. She recently got evicted, Melody Douglas says she just doesn't want to rent to her anymore. She is 70 years old and has no money to move. This has put a massive amount of sress on both ov us. Mainly because if you get evicted from here and you can't afford to move your trailer, Melody Douglas WILL keep your home and rent it out to other people. In other words you become completely homeless. Today is Dec. 14, 2017. She has to be out in a week. Merry Christmas to my 70 year old Grandma. Who by the way cannot walk anymore.
