Great place to live but the board of trustees lead by allison is running the park into the ground. They fire managers about every two years and if you love drama and a horrible place to work then that's the job for you.
Nice mobile home 55 and older community and you own the property. Gated with 24 hour security. Convenient to stores. Has 704 units.
U own land & the mobile & they cut the grass. But when lawn people damage your propriety the they don't care & try 2 get out of fixing it. U got to call a lawyer. Only good thing is HOA fees are reasonable. ($184.00 per mth) That's why we stay.
Our elderly parents feel very secure here because they have a REAL guard gate!! The grounds keeping has slacked a bit and parents do pay for this part too.
