I have lived in the park for 13 years and the last couple has been nothing but a big letdown. Yes, my wife and I did a video for the sales office, and at the time this was a premier park wow what a great place to live. Not anymore. Road drains haven't been sprayed in a couple of years, drains around the pool have weeds growing in them, and Roads are like driving through Pennsylvania on 81. Now it seems management is trying to shut off amenities, by forcing homeowners to sign liability papers in order to use the amenities. Sad day for what was once a premier Park..

THE Lakes of Melbourne is on a downhill slide for the past 5 years or so/ This includes the roads/yard upkeep/the Lakes are a weed garden and nothing is addressed by MGT. We have been to the office to address the problems and it has been a failure. There are approx. 40 homes for sale now due to the way a once nice park has gone downhill and continues to do so///////////////
